Erin's Wedding Cake
Here is a quick post about Erin's Wedding Cake. I was up until 2:30 a.m. the night before the wedding finishing it up and my poor parents were up until 3:30 a.m. that night doing last minute work on flowers for the wedding. It was worth it though! It is amazing how much I learn every time I make a wedding cake, and luckily it gets a ton easier with each time too! I loved doing the floral arrangement and the ruffles.
